Welcome to the Victory Motor Sports Park (VMSP) website.
The purpose of this site was to determine whether there was enough interest from sports car clubs, vintage car owners, SCCA members, motorcycle clubs and associations, carting associations and motor sports enthusiasts of all stripes to financially support a road course in southwestern Minnesota.
Thank you to all who participated in our on-line survey. The responses were very positive and supportive.
The initial public hearing for re-zoning the property was held in March. A final decision was tabled until the City of Worthington can determine the feasibility of bringing city sewer and water to the property. We will update this website as further information becomes available. |
